  • Toddler Teacher – working with children 18 months to 3 years
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our team. This role is full-time, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This role is essential in creating a safe, engaging, and play-based learning environment where toddlers are encouraged to explore, discover, and build foundational skills through meaningful experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of early childhood development and values learning through play, following children’s interests, and supporting social-emotional growth. We are looking for someone who is patient, responsive, and intentional in their interactions, collaborates well with colleagues, communicates effectively with families, and is committed to fostering a joyful and inclusive classroom community.

We are looking for someone who is able to work collaboratively within a co-teaching model. This includes clear communication, shared responsibility, and a willingness to support classroom needs as they arise. Flexibility and the ability to step into different roles throughout the day are essential.
Responsibilities include supporting daily routines, engaging with children in meaningful ways, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and working alongside colleagues to implement developmentally appropriate, play-based learning experiences.
Candidates should be dependable, responsive, and able to take initiative while also being open to feedback. A strong team mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and families are key expectations for this role.

This position is ideal for an educator who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, supporting kindergarten readiness, and building strong connections with children, families, and co-teachers. We are looking for a teacher who collaborates effectively within a co-teaching environment, takes initiative in observing children’s interests and developmental needs, and uses those observations to thoughtfully plan and implement a play-based curriculum.
  • School-Age Teacher Position – working with children 6-10 years old
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and flexible teacher to join our school-age team. This position works directly with our school-age children during the morning program and is responsible for driving the NBCC minibus to safely transport children to school.
